About Seun

I’ve learned to build while moving—and to keep the human being inside the work.

I’m a Nigerian-American consultant, entrepreneur, writer and AI governance expert. My work moves between public service, private enterprise, technology, education and cross-border business.

The longer story

From Lagos, into public service, then into a wider world.

I was born in Lagos and later built a life in the United States. Along the way, I learned how differently people experience the same systems. My experience includes government consulting, workforce strategy, technology modernization, AI governance, organizational transformation and entrepreneurship.

Travel through more than 40 countries—and time lived in South Africa—gave me a wider lens on leadership, opportunity, identity and the assumptions people carry from one place into another.

Today, that perspective runs through my companies, books, speaking and one-to-one conversations: serious work, explained clearly, with room for the human being inside the problem.

I also serve as a life coach and Christian teacher—listening, praying, teaching Scripture and helping people find honest direction through the seasons that do not fit neatly into a résumé.

What guides the work

Technology matters. Judgment matters more.

01

AI should answer to people

I help leaders think beyond the novelty of AI—toward governance, workforce impact, responsible adoption and decisions people can trust.

02

Global doesn’t mean generic

What works in Dallas may need to be understood differently in Lagos, Johannesburg or Tokyo. Context is part of the strategy.

03

Experience should become service

The point of learning difficult lessons is not to guard them. It is to make the road clearer for someone coming behind you.

The through line

01

Public service & consulting

Complex delivery, data, compliance, workforce and technology work within public institutions.

02

Building companies

Ignite Consults, 5Africa and Manheim Africa—different sectors connected by practical execution.

03

Writing & speaking

Turning difficult questions about work, power, faith and reinvention into honest conversations.

Beyond work

The person does not disappear behind the résumé.

Gaming

A change of pace, a little competition and permission to enjoy play without turning it into another job.

Golf

Patience, rhythm and the humbling reminder that one bad shot does not decide the round.

Travel

More than 40 countries, countless conversations and a continuing education in how differently people see the world.
